zazdesign graphic lab is an independent creative practice based in Athens, Greece, examining the relationship between visual communication, form and wearable objects. Founded in 2008 by graphic designer Daria Zazirei, it explores geometry, color and composition across different materials and formats.

Originally focused on visual design, the creative work later expanded into contemporary jewelry, bringing the same approach to a new medium. From visual identities and printed matter to hand-painted wooden jewelry, the work combines bold forms, striking contrasts and an experimental approach to design.

Each jewelry piece is designed, painted and assembled by hand, translating graphic ideas into wearable objects. The practice is developed in close collaboration with Daria’s sister, Zina Zazirei, who contributes to both the creative process and the everyday running of the studio.
